We also process personal data for analytical and statistical purposes to improve our services.

We also fulfill the statutory obligations, hence your data is available to the state authorities.

We can also process your data in the case of the need to establish, investigate or defend against claims.

We also lead marketing activities to inform you about your offer. All telephone or email contacts for marketing purposes require your prior consent.

What is the legal basis for processing your data?


The legal basis is primarily the necessity to conclude or perform the contract (art.6 par.1 of the GDPR). If you act as a representative, a proxy or an employee of a cooperating entity that is a party to the contract, the legal basis for the processing of your personal data is our legitimate interest in the possibility of concluding or properly performing the contract (art. 6 par. 1 of the GDPR).

For the analytical and statistical purposes, the legal basis is a legitimate interest (art.6 par.1 of the GDPR).

As long as it is needed to answer. However, it may turn out that we will keep your data for the period of limitation of the claims related to the type of case presented by you. Please, remember that the period of the data storage is also determined by whether you are following our profile or you still have a Facebook account.

Using the website – Cookies

We install cookies on your end device (e.g. a computer, a tablet, a smartphone). These are small text files installed on the user’s device browsing our website. Cookies collect information that facilitates the use of the website for example by remembering a user’s visits to the website, collecting information about how the user navigated the site and displaying ads based on the behavior of the website’s user.

We also use tools such as Google Analytics which allows us to track the traffic on our website and better adapt to your needs. We do not process your personal data for this purpose.

We use Hotjar Ltd. tools to better understand the needs and experience of our Users and optimize our internet services (we check how long the user has been on our site, we track mouse movements, click locations, etc.). We collect information such as: device IP address (captured and stored only in anonymous form), device screen size, browser information, geographical location (country), preferred language used to display our website, click maps or other static charts, but also session recordings.

We also use the SmartLook tool. It allows us to collect information such as information about the operating system and the web browser, the time spent on the site, the source of “hits” to our site, subpages that are visited by the user.

Our website also use with a Facebook Pixel. It is an analytical tool that allows to measure the effectiveness of our marketing activities. Thanks to it, we know which recipients take actions on the website and we can also reach people who may be interested in our offer. We do not process personal data using this tool.

We use the Pixel of LinkedIn for the same purpose.

How can you delete Cookies

1. You can configure your web browser to prevent Cookies stored on your computer, phone or tablet.

We do not use profiling based on personal data. Even if we use forms of personalized advertising as
a part of the tools that allow us to carry out such activities we do not process your personal data. This means that as the part of these tools we only have access to information that does not allow us to identify you.

The security of personal data

We process all personal data that you provide on the Website or by contacting us as an Administrator in accordance with the GDPR.

We strive to apply the technical measures required by current legislation on the protection of personal data to prevent the loss, destruction or modification of personal data we hold.

Please be advised that your personal data is not subject to automated decision making, including profiling. We do not transfer your data to a third country or international organization.

Your rights regarding personal data

We process your personal data, therefore:
a. you have the right to access to your personal data,
b. you can correct them,
