ALU Futural Slim Monoblock is a solution that allows to aesthetically hide the balcony door in the aluminum building. The innovative shape of the frame completely encloses the sash from the outside, giving the structure a very minimalist and modern look. Doors are available in a wide range of colors, including RAL colors (with matte, textured or glossy finish), wood grain lacquers and anodized colors.

ALU Futural Slim Monoblock balcony doors are designed for buildings where good thermal and sound insulation is required. An aluminum profile equipped with a thermal break protects the rooms from cooling and allows rational heat management in the apartment. Balcony doors with monoblock frames are designed for installation in the thermal insulation layer of a building. Covering the insulation from the inside of the room, the monoblock frame prevents thermal bridges and also eliminates the need for plastering around the built-in balcony door.

The monoblock frame is available in 4 variants depending on the thickness of the building insulation: 100 mm, 120 mm, 140 mm or 160 mm.

Warm profile with thermal break.

Designs based on the concealed sash system – the specially designed shape of the frame conceals the entire sash and is not visible from the outside.

The available faceplate solution enables a narrow frame at the junction of the sashes – 77 mm on the outside and 86 mm on the inside – which increases the glazing area and brings even more daylight into the room.

Possibility to design large structures:
– maximum wing size: Width 1200 mm or height 2450 mm,
– maximum weight of the wing: 160 kg.

The balcony doors are equipped with anti-burglary devices as standard. They can also be retrofitted with additional safety equipment.

It is possible to manufacture balcony doors with a low aluminum threshold of 20 mm.

Aluminum structures are extremely durable and resistant to weathering – they do not deform and are resistant to corrosion.

The aluminum from which Budvar products are made is absolutely environmentally friendly. The material does not contain any substances hazardous to the environment or human health and can be fully recycled after use.
